CANCELLATION POLICY

50% deposit is required within 10 days of booking to confirm a reservation. If the reservation is made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival at the property, 100% payment is required in order to confirm the reservation.

A full refund, less $750 per person cancellation fee, will be made for written cancellations received at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival at the property.

We highly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance.

There will be no refund for cancellations received within 60 days of the scheduled arrival unless there is a successful re-booking. There will be no refunds made for unused portions of the package. If your trip is cancelled due to a hurricane or some other catastrophic event, the lodge will make every effort to offer alternate dates, but there can be no guarantee that this will be possible. In this event, the property will return all deposits and payments.

If the final payment is not received 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival at the lodge, the lodge may elect to cancel the booking and resell the space. In this event, the lodge will retain all deposits and payments.

Payment of a deposit acknowledges your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
